"Close to Okareka lake which my wife would go to each morning to watch the sunrise while the lazy father and son stayed in their beds. We did all do the glow worm kayaking tour on this lake which was amazing and highly recommended. When we looked at the online listing it wasn’t clear that the accommodation is attached to a house. "We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us."
