"Although the general staff was friendly, I was disappointed in the condition of this hotel. As a past Wyndham consumer, this hotel does not live up to the Wyndham brand name from the past. It is not well maintained, the snack bar and food for purchase in the lobby was old/expired. The breakfast buffet was cold and not refilled after 8:30 am. Parking is overpriced - we were charged $100 for our low roof 12 person passenger van. I was hoping for more an excited for my stay here but afterwards felt like I could have received more for money at another hotel. "

"The property was fine. My only issue was that there was no parking on site. Valet was our only option and we weren’t made aware. Saying that you have valet parking available doesn’t mean that’s ALL you have available. Then for it to be $60/day??? None of that was expressed in my itinerary?? I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Walking 15 minutes for affordable parking is insane. Valet is crazy because you obviously have parking, but want extra from someone who’s paying for a room already. Just give assign spots at that point. It’s pure greed. I won’t be staying there again if I’m being honest. I know there are plenty others in Atlanta. I was here to visit my mom, and that whole parking stuff really put a strain on how we were able to move. I’m not too fond of that."

"The room was good, but I had some issues with parking. I was asked to park at adjacent parking location, which was fine, but the elevator there wasn’t working. I ended up finding a free spot on the 6th floor, which turned out to be quite inconvenient. It would’ve been helpful if they had informed me about the elevator situation before charging for parking, so I could’ve made an informed decision"

"I stay here most of the time when I visit Atlanta. It is in a very walkable area. The hotel is nice. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. As a matter of fact it would be even better if they renovated and just added hardwood floors. The location is convenient. Next to a Publix grocery store and plenty of food options. Also not far from the mall. Parking is pretty easy. The rooms are large and offers a refrigerator in the room. No microwave but there is one downstairs. "

"There was no parking even tho I paid 33 dollars to park. The elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. The breakfast sausage was not done. The bathroom was not cleaned. Worst hotel I have been to in my life. "
