Horrible
The host canceled on us the day of 2 hours after the check in and didn’t communicate with me after I messaged her earlier in the day. Ruined our entire trip to Atlanta. Wasn’t professional at all. Had us lookin flat minute for a place to stay when we had a 2 year old with us. Do not recommend this place due to the fact of the host being irresponsible on her communication.

Decent.. but HOT and some issues with the house
The house was decent, but there was paint chipping from the ceiling due to what looked like water damage, the door knobs had locks on them and one room was hard to get into, and the AC was not working well at ALL. I was having a celebration but the AC wasn’t circulating and was 78-79 degrees throughout the house and it wasn’t working upstairs AT ALL. I understand some things don’t go as planned but we weren’t accommodated for the inconvenience and it was hard to have a nice stay with the heat.

Do not recommend
Highly not recommended. We chose not to stay at this property upon arrival due to the way it looked inside. It was atrocious. The ceilings were damaged, the stairs were filthy and stained, holes in the doors, used condoms in the trash can, upon inspection of the beds they were not clean. This has not been cleaned in forever. They had two cameras inside the property one in the kitchen and one facing the bathroom upstairs. Pictures online were quite deceiving. We left this property immediately and stayed in a hotel for the evening. We have contacted VRBO customer service re; refund. They have been extremely helpful in this matter.
