Located in the Famous A.T.L . My place is Perfect for getting away and having fun with friends and family. This house has 1 king size master bedroom and 3 queen sized regular bedrooms. There is 2.5 bathrooms. Each room is equipped with wireless smart TVs . Enjoy your stay while on assignments or in town for conferences . You are very welcome to use the kitchen to cook and living room to lounge or read under the fireplace. There is a fun room which guests can relax and play while away from home. I will make sure that the house is very clean and fresh at all times. My neighborhood is very quiet and secure. You are minutes away from all the hottest attractions. There is a $200 cash deposit that is due before check in to ensure rules are regulated . Please ask any questions or concerns before booking to ensure that all is understood. You will enjoy your stay because i am clean and take pride in making each guest comfortable .

Overall, the house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. Bedrooms are clean with plenty of room for suitcases. I know this may be a little pricey but I suggest having a professional painter paint the inside. The house is NOT nasty or filthy but dusty just like any house, that needs to be dusted on a regular bases. The kitchen is very nice.

Overall, the guests and I had a memorable time. The house was clean, spacious, and in a very convenient, quiet neighborhood. The owner was tentative to schedule and easy to contact. Highly recommended. I plan on staying here again for future visits to the area. Thank you.

The host had great communication! The house layout was perfect for our family. The house is setup for family bonding, much of the things that I travel with like a speaker, board games, card games, basketball was already there for use in the home. I have two athletic nephews that was able to workout also on the exercise machines. We had snacks left for us upon arrival which the kids loved. The house had an inviting and clean smell. The neighborhood was quiet and mostly importantly we felt safe. The outside was setup for lounging with a grill and furniture and games but we didn’t get to enjoy it because of our schedule. We would definitely stay again.

The property has plenty of parking and was clean and well taken care of. Upon entering the home it was warm and inviting! It was immaculately clean. There were plenty of accessories to use, plenty of washcloths and towels. The property owner reached out to me personally and made herself easily reachable and was extremely polite!! Would definitely rent this property again!

The property is accurately listed. Neighborhood is relatively ok. Lots of games and fun things to do for the kid’s since the garage is converted into a game room . The property manager was prompt when I asked her questions I would not mind staying there again.

I really enjoyed my stay for my 31st birthday. Very lovely and quiet neighborhood. The house has plenty of space and the activity room was very nice and fun. Very nice backyard area as well.
