The hotel needs to be updated but I would definitely stay there again because I felt that they were actually cleaning the room. Customer service wasn’t bad. They charge an extra 27$ (refundable). The room was a bit dark.

We got what we paid for. Toilet wobbled when you sit on it. Needs were uncomfirtable. Towels and pillows were thin and uncomfortable. They did offer daily cleaning which is rare.

Then bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There was another bed in the room where the frame extended beyond the mattress. Both of us ran into it several times. No wounds, but it hurt. The kicker was that the bathroom had very little toilet paper. When I went to the front desk they charged me a dollar for another roll.

Nice retro feeling hotel, with basic amenities. Very clean room, irregardless of that, there were roaches. I had no complaints until someone stole most of my medication. I was honestly enjoying my stay until that happened. I went to the front desk and spoke about my concerns because whoever took my medications can get really sick. Had this not happened i definitely would have stayed there again i liked the old school ambiance

The property has not been refurbished in many years and a lot the rooms look old and tired. The swimming pool was locked and inaccessible. No hand soap or body wash was provided and The number of towels was inadequate for our party of three. Our first room allocated was supposed to non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes and we asked to be moved, which they did. The clientele of the property is diverse, to say the least, and some are questionable. The front desk has a Perspex screen to protect the reception staff, who try to do a good job. I would not choose this hotel again.
