Atlanta Pools and Palms Paradise

Enjoy a bit of paradise in Midtown Atlanta! 5-Star vacation oasis in the heart of Morningside - a beautiful upscale neighborhood minutes from downtown. Relax in this calm, stylish space with a fire pit, fire table, hot tub and saltwater pool that are exclusively for you

Two visitors for pool only are complementary. Ask host about additional cost for small gathering.

Several blocks walkable to grocery, restaurants, Atlanta Belt-line, Piedmont Park, Botanical Gardens; Easy access to I75/I85

The space is modern and fully updated. One bedroom plus full kitchen, living room and bath. King bed.

Commercial and social media filming is not permitted unless approved by hosts in advance of arrival.

Host lives on property but both guest house and pool are physically separated from main house and are private. Guest house is above garage.

Must be 21 or older to book.

Home sleeps four maximum. Two guests are included in the room rate. Each additional guest is $35 per guest per night.

Have fun with the pool and hot tub! They’re available 24/7 for registered guests staying overnight. Please observe outdoor quiet hours after 10pm to respect the neighbors.

Two visitors beyond those staying overnight at the guest house is complementary. Ask the host before booking about the cost for adding additional visitors for the pool. Pool visiting hours are between 12 pm and 10 pm and a visit should be for no more than 6 hours unless otherwise agreed to. 15 is preferred maximum additional visitors.

For larger gatherings including more visiting guests, ask the host for agreement and additional cost.

No refunds due to adverse weather conditions.

Hot tub is open year round. Heated hot tub is complimentary

Pool can be heated for $40/day for your visit April 15 - October 15. $100/day October 16 - April 14.

Saltwater pool is open year round; best conditions are April - October. Leaves may be in water November - March as the pool is not covered.

Pool maintenance occurs most mornings before noon and grounds care occurs weekly

Firewood is available for a modest fee

Security camera monitors the pool area. Another monitors the front gate and driveway approaching the guest house. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the guest house.

Beautiful location

It was a beautiful relaxing stay very clean very private very cozy would highly recommend. Hot tub was very clean warm and would definitely go back. The host was respectful very polite.

Private oasis

It was a lovely private oasis with my daughter and husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday! Not far from where we live so this was a great weekend getaway without all the hassle of traveling far! Love that we could have the pool heated because of our anniversary/my birthday being in March. This was the perfect getaway and highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our weekend at this Vrbo! The place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe—it instantly felt like home. The highlight? Hands down, the hot tub. Wonderful!!!

Bob and Julian were so friendly and very accommodating! The house was super clean and organized, and the decorations were beautiful. There was everything we could have needed and they were so easy to be in contact with. The pool access was also a great plus. We will definitely come back to this home when we are in town again!

great escape with wonderful hosts

We were looking for a break from the construction going on at our house and found this gem! property is beautiful and very clean. we added on the heated pool option. wonderful break from the winter cold I didnt realize until arrival how perfect of a location this is for the botanical garden. we will definitely be back.

Best getaway ever!

We spent 8 nights in Atlanta for work and vacation. This property was absolutely perfect. Convenienty located near midtown/downtown area, but still very quiet and safe neighborhood. The guesthouse was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The pool/hot tub/backyard are absolutely amazing!! Rob and Julian were very kind and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will definitely stay again when we return to Atlanta!

King for A Day!

My stay at Atlanta Pools and Palms Paradise was an unforgettable experience (in a good way)! The property itself was impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness was off the charts (once again, in a good way). The real highlight is the picturesque outdoor space - the pools and palms. It was on the level of a luxury resort. The excellent hospitality of the hosts and the amazing property made me feel like a king for a day!

Atlanta Pools and Palms True Paradise

We live in Dunwoody and needed a staycation. This house is the perfect getaway. Clean as can be, and absolutely a soothing and fun environment. Pool, gorgeous tranquil backyard and hot tub, fire pit set up for us upon request with smokeless wood and a lovely aroma from whatever else they added in. Great for a getaway with your spouse or a party with friends. We will return soon. Can’t wait. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect!!

Bob and Julian have created an absolutely fantastic guest house! It was so comfortable, clean, convenient and beautiful. The yard/pool was spectacular. It was beautifully designed. Lots of palm trees, lights and greenery. Wish we had more time to hangout there but unfortunately we had just 1 night. They were so helpful and friendly. Next time we are in town we will be back for sure. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed with your stay here. Absolutely perfect!

Teenager’s Dream

My 12 year old daughter had a few friends come and swim for her birthday. It was the perfect getaway. The pool was heated and ready for the girls so they could swim right away . I loved that it had a full kitchen. I was able to cook pizza for them. It felt like we were back in Florida with the palm trees. I definitely want to come back again and relax at the pool. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special.

Amazing Place!

We stayed at this place for two nights. The owners were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Even though the owners live on the premises, the guesthouse is where you stay and it is very private and detached from their home. Plus, you are right next to the spa and pool! The red chair you see in the pictures is a chair that spins, which is so much fun! The owners literally thought of everything that would be needed and the decor is gorgeous! This is a great romantic spot or a spot for someone to come alone for relaxation. You will definitely be relaxed after leaving this place! 5 stars all around!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend here to celebrate our anniversary. The property is beautiful! The outdoor space is perfect! Although the hosts’ main home is on the same lot, the layout provides privacy. We looked forward to coming back to the place each night just to hang out by the pool/hot tub. It was definitely the highlight of our trip! The hosts were great communicators before and during our stay. Bob reviewed the pool and hot tub controls with me, which was helpful. They were accessible and willing to help if needed. The place is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and stocked with helpful items such as shampoo, body wash, extra pillows, plastic cups, straws, cookware, K-cup coffee maker, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon!

Staycation Oasis

Bob and Julian have created a fantastic in town oasis of gorgeous landscaping, soothing pool/hot tub/water features and many outdoor locations to enjoy it all. They were friendly hosts that gave us our privacy but made themselves available for any issues or questions (no issues!). The pool area is tucked in the back mostly behind the garage/no big main house viewing areas. It was tucked away so well we never heard any street noise. They have thought of everything outdoors and in, with a beautiful fully equipped new kitchen, great shower, comfy bed, fantastic lighting, pool towels- everything. We hope to return, and will be steering our out of town guests here as well. Thank you for sharing!

Midtown Paradise

We loved our stay at this guest house! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It’s a well-designed garage apartment in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with a huge comfortable bed, a cozy sofa nook for TV time, and a nice kitchen for meals in. The hot tub and back yard are a paradise in the middle of the city. At the end of the day, we loved sitting in the tub to destress. The pool is large and inviting. Also loved that we were within walking distance to the bars, grocery, and Piedmont Park. It’s nice being able to not depend on the car unless we absolutely needed it. The hosts are great! Robert and Julian were always checking on us and responsive to our needs. Definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous property, great location

My wife and I cam here to celebrate our 1st anniversary and it avsolutely exceeded our expectations. The room is located above the garage (which I never once heard open or close) and unlike many "bonus room" type spaces, this was large and comfortable. I myself am 6 feet 6 inches tall and over 300lbs and I never felt cramped in the kitchen, restroom, bed, or living space. The hosts were very friendly, but not invasive, and gave us spectacular food recommendations. I could genuinely go on and on about how absolutley beautiful the property is, but the photos show you that. The gate system is extremely easy to use, the hot tub/pool controls are as well. So clean, so comfortable, so well designed, it felt so luxurious. Im not big on reviews but trust me when I say, they EARNED it. One top of all that, the location is prime for all kinds of fun things to do! Highly recommend. If i could give them 10 stars I would!
