Communication with host was prompt and professional…. The location doesn’t look the best but was safe… property was just as listed… few hiccups with entertainment but overall a good stay… water for bath or shower was nice and hot…. Back balcony area was nice as well….

Home was absolutely beautiful and as it looks in the pictures. Communication was amazing. Anything that I didn’t understand or I needed help with was replied to timely. The area of the home is located near so much amazing places. Definitely look forward to renting this home again in the future!

Holiday Weekend Stay- 10’s Across the Board

I didn't meet the host, but Mark was absolutely amazing. I loved the home and the location so much that I didn’t want to leave. The home was nice and clean and very accommodating. This was my first time renting a home and I was very impressed. I’ll recommend this place time and time again.

Contacted the property manager with pictures about various cleaning issues discovered upon check in. Polite but very dismissive. Offer of the cleaner stopping back. Inconvenient. Additionally, the unit says sleeps 10. 3 bedrooms with double beds only. The rental has a great location for the zoo & aquarium.

We stayed at this home to go to the World Cup. The location was great for being in downtown Atlanta. The kitchen is not a cooking kitchen due to missing some pots and pans, but we ate out so it did not mess with our plans. Communication with the owner was great. Check-in/Check-out process was easy. Overall, clean, safe, and spacious home for our family of four.
