The room was great. The ceiling fan was unexpected. The shower was one of the best I've been under. It was high enough that I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair.

Always a great experience! Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is hot and ready when you are. Rates are in line with other hotels in the area.

This is a nice clean hotel but the check in process takes way too long. Please solution a faster process. Coming in at 2 in the morning the last thing I want to do is wait 10 minutes to checkin.

I choose this hotel because it's clean and the room doors are inside, not outside so it feels safer. I think the price per night is too much considering the price for other places in the area. I enjoy the option of the free breakfast but it's often overcooked.

We stayed one night as a half way point to our destination. We had two rooms and were traveling with 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel rooms were outdated and faucet in shower of one room did not turn off all the way. Also, room smelt like smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Employees were all very nice and welcoming.

The front desk worker .. Laura was so unprofessional. She was very dismissive about accommodating us with a handicap room. There was no elevator in the hotel at all. The room smelled like food. The microwave was filthy. Laura insisted that we would have to wait for housekeeping the next day. Although she had time to go outside and smoke a cigarette several times. The manager ended up coming to clean the microwave after housekeeping, missed it again. The best part of this stay was Brenda who works in the dining area. She was so pleasant and made us feel like family while we was there. The air was not cooling either in our room.

The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke. They room was spacious with full size toiletries. The hotel was pet friendly. The breakfast was great with fresh food and several options and not just waffles and cereal like at many hotels.

Had to wait on staff for assistance upfront. Also had the privacy sign hung on the door, the maid knocked and I let her know I was in there but she proceeded to come into the room. I told her I didn’t need assistance and again that I was there. Thankfully I had just finished dressing. Completely inappropriate for her to enter.

Room and bathroom were very dirty and smelly. The blanket on the bed smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like pee and mold. The room was for a handicapped person. It’s upsetting that the staff didn’t take good care of that room specifically because it was for a handicapped individual.
