This Penthouse is a quiet, cozy and jazzy sanctuary in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta. It is designed comfortably for 2 people but can sleep 4. There is a king sized posturepedic bed in the master bedroom and a comfy queen size air mattress with headboard and built in pump that can be set up within minutes in the living room. There is even a twin size rollaway bed...just in case! The entire condo has only hardwood flooring and tile flooring. Very clean and spacious. As soon as you walk in this unit, you will know it is special. Even the priciest hotels don't have the magnificent views that this condo affords.

We had a great stay in Atlanta. The few from the apartment was great. Glad we had a designated parking spot. Walked to Falcons game, Coke Museum, Aquarium, Civil RIghts Museum etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

I cannot say enough about our host Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Desiree was an amazing host with communication. I let her know that we'd be early and she was able to accommodate us. I had a couple questions prior to booking and she was very quick to respond. The apartment was really nice for a long weekend with my husband and myself. The bed was super comfy. The towels felt new and fluffy. Instructions were clear and understandable.

This Condo was sooo clean and quiet in a very nice building with great security measures to keep the building safe and clean! The room was super clean and nice and absolutely amazing, I can not recommend this place enough! Please, if you are looking for someone near downtown Atlanta, this place is the best you will find!

We are completely satisfied with our decision to rent Desiree's fabulous condo! The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. And the bed was so comfortable - I haven't slept that well in months! Check in and out was easy, everything worked, everything was clean, and the place was well stocked with essential items. I had a large business conference at the convention center. This property is not just WAY cheaper than any hotel in town, it's much nicer. Full kitchen, nice den with a BIG TV, comfortable king size bed all on the top floor of this building. Plus - FREE parking. Try to find that at a hotel in town. The hostess is very responsive. I will certainly try to stay here again the next time I am in Atlanta.

This property has the best view of Downtown Atlanta! The property is close to the Coke museum and other attractions in the same vicinity. All were just a few blocks from this condo! Also, tons of places to eat and a CVS are just steps away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Atlanta. The condo has all the amenities you would need for cooking or staying in. The condo is well furnished and was quite nice when we were in the room. The host was constantly engaged and extremely helpful. We most certainly will be staying here again when visiting Atlanta!

Desiree is a fantastic host. I had numerous questions before the trip and she personally called me to answer these for us. She was prompt and thorough in all communication. The view from the condo is amazing and this unit had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect for walking to Centennial Park, The World of Coke, and the Georgia Aquarium. The reserved parking spot was a huge plus for us. There are some strange smells from the neighbors that permeate the hallway at times and carried into the condo. Other than that, we highly recommend Desiree as a host. We look forward to another future stay. Thank you, Desiree!

This was a fantastic apartment, Desiree was great with communication and check-in assistance. The View was a gift to see each morning and night. Apartment was clean and well stocked. Bed was a comfy romp...big and cozy. Building security seemed secure and the included parking space was a phenomenal plus. It was a convenient walk to most downtown Atlanta attractions & Centennial park. The Bus stop was just across the street. If you don't live downtown in a larger city, be prepared to address people asking for money outside the building . Overall, Would highly recommend!

The real plusses of this condo are the fact that it's on the top floor so you don't hear your ceiling getting stomped on at all hours, the parking spot (because parking in Atlanta is expensive), and the great location. And Desiree is a fantastic host--friendly and very communicative. Check-in & out were a breeze. The location is phenomenal. It's four blocks to the World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, and the Aquarium. An easy walk. Additionally, it's close to the Marta subway and the really handy Marta Streetcar. Great coffee is super close at Cafe Fwi in the AmericasMart building, 2nd floor.The condo has just about everything you'd want. We found the roll-away twin bed great for my kid. However, there were a few minuses to mention. First, the condo really wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. Major things were clean: sinks, shower, toilet. But there were dirty smudges on the doors, the rug didn't look clean, and there was food spatter on the wall above the trash can. The cabinets and trim are a little worse for the wear, if you're the type who wants that freshly renovated look. I don't think it matters tho. Two of our three nights were too hot for us. There's no thermostat, so you're stuck with whatever AC the building pumps in, and it wasn't much at all. The ceiling fan thankfully helped. A window in the bedroom doesn't seal completely and whistles pretty consistently. Even considering these, we found it to be worth the price and we had a good stay.
