All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Our only problem was that the thermostat wouldn’t change so the room was really cold, and the room definitely had a cigarette smell to it. But with how little we actually were in the room, the proximity to the battery made it worth it.

This may have been one of the nicest and fanciest hotels we’ve stayed at. The room consisted if a huge bedroom, a living room, and a nice sized bathroom. The location isn’t one I’d walk around too much but they had a bar with food available. Only downside was their restaurant was closed for an event so the bar really was the only option.

Everything was great but we did notice what looked like water damage that needs tending to. The staff was very welcoming and so incredibly kind. Marey (the chef) was just a breath of fresh air to talk to and she was so sweet and surprised my daughter with cheesecake for her birthday. We have stayed at many hotels in and around ATL but never like this. We absolutely will stay here again very soon!!

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They were very welcoming! The property is a bit dated and could probably use some upgrades, but it was very clean despite how outdated it is.

Piping in room was old and outdated and toilet would barely flush. Also, the place is in dire need of updating - room and hallway constantly smelled of mold. On a good note, the staff is attentive and well informed. Everyone was super friendly, especially Sylvia, she was awesome !!!

Craig was outstanding with his customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I set up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. Unfortunately, it was never present. Craig went above and beyond to make sure we had it by bed time. Even though the strawberries were horribly decorated but at least they tried. The property itself needs renovation especially with the obvious black mold coming from the hallway from the showers.
