One bedroom condo with spacious living room and full kitchen - sparkling clean and beautiful. Other than being a prestigious penthouse unit, this is an extremely rare unit with a 100% private screened in balcony - you cannot see any other unit from your balcony - only miles and miles of spectacular skyline including the upbeat northern views of Peachtree Road, GA Tech, midtown, fabulous Piedmont Park, and I-20 and I-85 (in a wonderful and removed way that gives the awesome city buzz but yet so far up you can silence when you want). There are three elevators waiting to whisk you up and down as needed. Walk out the front door and you are smack dab in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Impossible not to love this city!
