I didnt had much good experience as the room TV was not working, bathroom light was not working and it was difficult during night time. It was written that breakfast included but nothing was there except few muffins and coffee,

Many improvements to be made such as getting rid of gnats and fruit flies, deep cleaning of cabinets and bathrooms ( I’ve seen mold on walls). It is a okay place with great staff that do the best they can with resources provided.

Very nice and clean. Roomy and comfortable. Plenty of cable channels. Host were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was nothing to brag about, but the coffee was good. convenient is your grocery stores restaurants actually had a Shell station just walk away as well as a waffle house. I would recommend this. I would stay there again as well.

Smoke alarm started beeping midway thru the night and with no staff available, I just unplugged it from the ceiling. When I alerted to the front desk staff upon checkout next morning, there wasn’t so much as an apology or any other ways offered to have improved my experience. Cheap room, not as clean as it could have been (some hair cluttered around the floor of the sink), but did what I needed it to otherwise.

If you’re a solo travel staying only the night or two then this is perfect. You’re super close to the Avalon and near food places and the mall. Only ify part was the entrance doors not fully working during the night hours

We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund
