Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Kindly verify that all individuals have accounted for their belongings and thoroughly inspected their under-bed spaces. Additionally, please dispose of any open food items or condiments.
Additionally, please ensure that any outdoor furniture or fire pit you utilize is covered or closed. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $100.
Thoroughly clean the grille using the grille spray cleaner located in the bottom compartment. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee of $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Upon checkout, please make sure you lock all doors and windows before leaving. An additional fee will be accessed if house is left accessible; unlock
Please do not unplug any devices. This may cause other devices to shut down and not run properly. Thanks in advance
Upon check out, please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and remove all linen from the beds and place them on side of the bed to be cleaned.
