The red light on the phone was continuously blinking, and when we asked the front desk if we had a message, they said we did not have a message and that there was nothing they could do to stop the blinking light. It wasn't very pleasant trying to sleep with a blinking red light in the room. The toilet would continue to run when you flushed it. The chain needed to be adjusted. It was getting stuck under the flap. The sink would not drain. The sink stopper needs to be adjusted. When we got up in the morning, the shower did not work at all. The handle just turned around and around. We had to check out and leave with NO SHOWER. We have stayed here numerous times before with no problems but apparently their maintenance has gone down hill. We informed the front desk, and they got the manager, and he apologized and gave us a credit on our valet parking.

I did not receive a confirmation of my reservation which was suppose to be for the Glenn in Atlanta. On the 21st I called the Glenn to find I did not have a reservation. I could not find another hotel close to State Farm arena that as not outrageous so I decided to just drive home that night. At 10:40 pm Travis from the hotel called to see if he could do the late arrival. He told me to contact you’ll as other customers has had the same problem. I am requesting a refund. I am 79 years and did not want to drive home and because of the lack of communication I did in the middle of the night.

Benson Boone Concert Stay

Parking in valet was easy and the valet workers, especially Craig, were just wonderful and helpful in getting me to where I needed to go. Check in was also a breeze and the staff at check-in were very friendly.
