Room was clean and the grounds were lovely. The WiFi was terrible and nobody on sight was able to guide us to the pay option (which we were ready to upgrade to). The Hilton corporate IT never returned our call, so very little business was done in our room. We were in town for a business meeting. The staff at Starbucks was non existent. Waited 8 minutes for someone to help us. Eventually left and went to Starbucks down the street.

The rooms were clean for the most part, and the staff was pretty friendly. The only strange interaction that I had included going to the restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. The young lady assumed that we knew that we could seat ourselves and looked at us as if she didn’t know why we were there, but after we sat down, she was nice and the food was pretty good. we had the shrimp nachos and the nachos were actually pretty soggy almost seemed that the chips were stale before they put the queso on. the shrimp could’ve been grilled just a little bit more. Seems like they took it off pretty quickly.

We enjoyed our recent stay here. We came to watch a concert at the amphitheater and it was very close and convenient. Very close to Avalon for shopping and restaurant options. Lots of attractions nearby like Top Golf. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast too. Staff was friendly, room was clean. It was family friendly as well.
