Arrived late at night but check in was very easy... front desk staff was helpful and very pleasant! The room had a slight odor but a little carpet freshener would help that! Overall room was nice and comfortable, i would stay again!

The property was under construction so I couldn’t use most of the amenities. Ceiling was cracked and leaking sewage water from above in the bathroom , lamps in the room was broken and inoperable, phone in the room was not working and the a/c heater unit would not cut off resulting in prolonged uncomfortable temperatures

Ceiling had a leak in it and sewage water was dripping all over the toilet, heater/ac unit was malfunctioning and improperly displayed the temps and the room phone did not work at all. The lamp also appears to be damaged and did not work either. These rooms need serious maintenance.

I have a mobility scooter and it was difficult to use the elevators to get to my room. I had to move some items in the elevator area in order to use it. There was no motion sensor or handicap button to open the hotel door which caused problems. The lighting in the room was very poor including one lightbulb being entirely out. You have to go outside to walk to get to the shuttle because the front door isn’t being used and it was raining and cold. Since I was there because of flight cancellations, it was quite frustrating. The shuttle drivers were great and the shuttle runs around the clock. It was not up to hilton standards at all.

Very convienient to the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel is undergoing a renovation of the public rooms, which is not a negative as it really needs updating. Hopefully they will do the individual rooms as well since they are very worn and dated. However, it was very clean and even though the restaurant was a make-shift confrence room for the time being, the food, while very limited, was excellent and the staff member in the restaurant was wonderful and sweet.

My family and I traveled to ATL for the first time this weekend to enjoy a mini getaway. I called the hotel in advance to receive access to early check in. I was told “Sure, just give us a call the morning of and we’ll be able to get you checked in early.” We arrived at the hotel a little after 10am only to have to wait until close to 3 to actually check in. The hotel was heavily under renovation, which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.. I would have selected a different hotel had I known. The front desk was in a random room .. the hotel had a very odd smell. The cleaning staff spoke no English so we couldn’t get fresh towels when asked. We came to enjoy a nice pool and that was not working either. Water fountains outside were dirty and no water flowing out of it. The road leading to the hotel parking was broken up so badly I would have to swerve my car to ensure that we didn’t fall into the holes. Overall very disappointed in this experience. Would not recommend anyone visiting this hotel .. atleast not until they are in proper running conditions. This is also a hotel that allows dogs and cats which I was aware of ahead of time but the rooms were poorly sanitized. As soon as my husband turned on the ac before bed I immediately started to react to the cat dander that was trapped in the I cleaned air filters. I am severely allergic so this was very disappointing. I would assume that any hotel that allows animals would ensure that they are properly cleaning the rooms.

This hotel is centrally located. The room was clean. The property is undergoing a big update. The front desk is in a room with a makeshift desk, the pool is closed, the restaurant is not a restaurant but a room with some tables and there is no snack shop available just some snacks on a shelf. The staff was ok.

The property is being renovated, so it was somewhat of an inconvenience checking in. If you’re one in a perfect night sleep, the bed is not the best and the pillows are very worn and outdated. Maybe need to check into investing in some new mattresses. The location is very convenient and it was very clean. Staff was very courteous. The hotel has satellite TV and it was raining so the signal continuously went out for about 2 to 3 minutes at a time
