Brand new property. Excellent customer service. Property is a quick walk to the MARTA (light rail/subway) train. An easy scooter ride into downtown Atlanta. Its built next to train tracks and even on the higher floors you can hear the train but they provide ear plugs in the room (or you can request a room away from the tracks). Wonderful hotel.

The room was clean and decorated lovely. The amenities in the room were exactly what we needed. They even provided a razor which we had forgot. The robes were comfy to use after a hot shower and made relaxing much easier. Jamal was the concierge that greeted us and was an absolute delight. He made sure to greet us when we came back into the hotel whenever he saw us.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the Congress Center and am very happy that I did. Our airline delayed our bags and the desk staff provided us with an essentials kit to get us through the next day, as well as umbrellas when it was raining outside. The room was immaculate with a great view of Mercedes-Benz stadium and is close to a number of other entertainment venues as well as Centennial Olympic Park, and the bed was beyond comfortable. The dining room, Zephyr, had great breakfasts and the bar staff made a great Old Fashioned. I will certainly be spending my next visit to Atlanta here.

I really enjoyed my stay! I think I may have found a new fav ATL hotel for my staycations. The property was really clean and the staff was friendly. I spent some time at the bar and restaurant and that staff was nice also. The room was gorgeous and clean. The TV allows you to stream multiple apps and comes with a beautiful view, robe and slippers - which is rare nowadays. I wish I could've stayed longer. I appreciate the assistance during check-in - Alliyah was so friendly.

The hotel was very clean. All of the staff were helpful and courteous. The dinner was absolutely delicious, though a bit pricey. The location is convenient to the stadiums and GWCC. Be warned of continuous construction noise and a train that runs so often that it really disturbed my sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
