Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me.

Nastiest place ever

My stay was horrible I wouldn't allow my pet to stay at that place. They charge all that money for a condemned hotel. Roaches everywhere. They won't give fresh towels. No housekeeping or service... Staff is very unprofessional and they're lier's. NEVER STAY HERE UNLESS U LIKE BEING OUTSIDE.

This was disappointing. There were bugs in the room. We asked for help with toilet and never got. Suspicious loitering persons around. There was noone at night reception. Every day the bedroom key stopped working. Frustrating and please note it's not a refundable property site.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!

This was the MOST disgusting place i have ever stayed at. The staff either NEVER cleaned and just hung out with the drug dealers that harassed the clientele. I was scared for my life as i was followed many times to my vehicle being asked for cigarettes and being watched. when telling the man at the desk this and wanting to leave as i was scared for my life, there was nothing i could do to get any money back. So i was stuck every night scared and told that if i needed help that i should call a special number and could be up to an hr before anyone would come. You can not reach a corporate office to talk to anyone, you have to submit a form and wait 72 hrs for a response. This is a very dangerous place to stay and should be investigated asap! i’m out almost $1,000 a d had one of the most terrifying experiences of my life in the most disgusting dirty place. you can not walk around with just socks on your feet, they will be black just walking across once. we notified the front desk of this and nothing was done. you have to get your own towels every day and bring your own garbage out to a dumpster. DO NOT STAY HERE!
