The office closes at 7pm so if you have to check in later than that, make sure to call ahead of time or your reservation will be canceled. The room itself was okay but saw two roaches. Woke up to men arguing directly outside of my room at 4 in the morning.

The rooms have a cute decor and provide areas to unpack your things however the stay is ok. The hot water never really got hot, bc you have a kitchen, people cook smelly food that seeps through the walls, can definitely hear traffic all night long, the extra wifi fee (ridiculous btw), the frustration of the laundry room and setting up some stupid account was the most, I was looking for somewhere for a long term stay but in my overall opinion...it's just not worth the money.

BED BUGS!

They had every bug you could think of roaches bed bugs nets and w.e else they don’t change your sheets don’t give you clean towels you have to keep the same ones they made me leave without giving me another room then said I brought the bugs when I slept just fine at another room before I came there. After they told me I had to leave they didn’t want to give me a refund and told me that they were charging me for the full two weeks when I left on a Monday and would’ve been gone before then but the manager never came to the room or called me when I first noticed I was being bitten and she said she would let the manager know

ホテルズドットコムのサイト上にはチェックイン時間が15：00～　としか書いてなかった為、夜の九時頃に行ったら、フロントが19：00までしか開いてなくて、チェックインできませんでした、電話をしてもつながらなくて、　更には、キャンセル扱いになりお金も請求されるところでした。

DISGUSTING!!!!

Be warned. I think the management is posting fake good reviews, so just be careful of what you beleive. That being said, here's my experience. This is truly the most disgusting place I have ever been! The rooms have mold, and it's roach infested. The sheets and towels are stained, and I don't think they really wash them. And if you want clean towels, you have to pay to wash their stuff! How insane is that?!!! Don't bother complaining to management about anything, cause they don't care at all, and what makes it worse, you have to pay for a week or a month, you can't pay by the day, and once you pay, they won't give you a refund, so you're trapped. That place makes slums look clean and safe!! I could take up half the page with how bad this was. It's the most disgusting place I have ever been!!!

We called to ask for 1st floor room due to handicap problems and were told no problem. Arrived and were given a 2nd floor room. Got that changed. Needed ice and learned that available on 2nd floor only. Turned on the cold water in sink and got hot water and the reverse on hot water. Advised desk and they sent maintainence to correct. They reversed the handles. The coffee maker did not work plus there was not any coffee in the room. There were not any wash cloths in the room, two small bath towels and one hand towel. No sound on TV and had to wait till next day to get that fixed.

This was a clean spelling room., there was no smoke smell as most hotels do when you order non-smoking. The sheets and towels smelled clean and not like smoke. The main thing I liked about the room is it did not smell like smoke due to my allergic reaction to smoke.

Not much. Had to change one room due to unclean frig & leaking toilet. Air not working properly. Had to make 5 or 6 office visits to get other rooms. Cigarette smoke in room during night. Don't recommend this hotel.

Gang Hangout?

Check in was slow - staff seemed overwhelmed with other things to do. The room smelled. No extra pillows in the hotel. NO hair dryer in the room - we had to borrow it from the desk. Had to borrow an iron from the desk that did not work. There was a coffee make, but no coffee - I was told I had to buy my own at a local store. They could not recommend a local BBQ restaurant or give clear directions to the local mall. The worst thing were the long term guests who were hanging outside their rooms talking and smoking and laughing - felt like a gang hangout complete with drug dealers.

Hotel services were kind and helpful. However, when we arrived the room was not ready (it was just after 2:00PM check in time). But we were able to check in with keys just not getting into the room. This was fine with the way our schedule worked out. Also, we had 4 people in the room with only 2 towels. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer. I will have to say for the low cost of the room--it was clean and well maintained.

Weekend outing with old navel friends.

The pricing of the room was excellent! But you guys ,which is Hotels.com ,don't have any control over the way the rooms look and the service behind the counter which is understandable. Me personally, I love your website. Its clear and understanding. I will book every vacation/ get-a-way with you all. Back to the hotel that we stayed in, the sheets had hair on them, carpet was old,room smelled like smoke,bathroom floor was water damaged, and we had to pay for extra towels and me/ my wife thought that was super rediculous! We won't stay at that particular on again. Thanks for your concern.

Never again

The carpet was moulded, the ceiling light kept flashing on and off. I killed several roaches in the room. I called guest services and they did nothing.
