This is a downstairs unit of a duplex with no access to the top unit. Cute open kitchen area for cooking, attached sitting area with electric fireplace for mood setting. Separate entrances and separate outdoor space with beautiful private backyard area, with numerous relaxing areas, grilling set up area, fire pit and garden area with pondless waterfall for a relaxing sound.
