Lovely. Quiet Studio!
Safe, beautifully decorated studio apartment - comfortable bed. Ubers arrived in few minutes each time. Great access to downtown. Quick owner response to all questions. I will be back!

Had the basics. Was impersonal. A visit and some recommendations from owners would have been nice seeing as the house was only a few feet away and we were from the UK. Most comms came too late to be helpful and from multiple people which was confusing.

Great single apartment close to downtown Atlanta
This was a perfect apartment for anyone traveling for business looking to be close to downtown Atlanta, but not in the middle of all the noise. I was primarily there for work and for the convention center so I can't describe the neighborhood too well. But, this place was exactly what I wanted. It was a 5 min uber ride to downtown (~$6 trip), but cheaper & quieter than the hotels my associates were staying in at the convention center. The place was just renovated and everything was brand new. The apartment was a separate guest house so I didn't bother the owners as I left early ~7am and arrived back late ~10pm. They have a key box so when I arrived at 11pm from the airport I had no issues getting in. The apartment was a really nice newly renovated single room studio-like with a couch, TV, bed & separate bathroom. It had a small kitchen with fridge, sink, plates, coffee maker, microwave & toaster oven which was perfect as I had business dinners but could bring the left overs back. I cant say much about the neighborhood, but it was fairly quiet and waiting for uber I never felt unsafe. I wouldn't recommend for children as there was only one bed, but for business travel or a couple wanting to be close to downtown, I would recommend.
