Parking was alright. Air conditioning was poor and rooms smelled from humidity inside. Property is old and staff lack proper customer service. On my second night a staff member knocked on my door with a termites spray tech wanting to spray the room while i was there. It was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. On check in day the front desk accepts only cash deposits and its 2025 not 1970s.

Although a no smoking hotel the room was smokey and stinkey .Pot smoking guest were on the walkways all evening .every time you opened the door the smell was sickining and lingered in the room.

So much better than I thought it would be

The 2nd building is under reconstruction, but the building I was in was just refurbished. Everything in the room was new; the bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine. The management staff was very, very helpful with my stay. From now on, when I need to stay in Atlanta, this is my go-to.

It was noise until 11:00 pm with annoying music everywhere. I had to sleep early due to an exam early morning 7:00 am , but I could not sleep until 11:30 pm. I do not recommend if you need quietness. The staff were good

Lots of renovations have been done and are still in the works. Room is beautiful and clean. Economical for my needs. Safe clean place to sleep. No frills but a nice place. This travel nurse just wished my room had a Do Not Disturb sign Lots of potential here.
