Designed for family living w/ 3900 sq. foot, features grand living spaces, soaring ceilings and wall of windows & tree-canopied views. Gourmet kitchen w/ marble, 2 office spaces, covered deck, large rec room, 4 beds & 2 1/2 baths. Minutes from Brookhaven, Emory, downtown Decatur and with close access to 85 can be in Buckhead, downtown in minutes.

Our space is perfect for family travel and get togethers, patients and visitors to Children's Hospital of Atlanta (CHOA) and Emory, and co-workers in town for meetings. The wooded area off the back of the house allows for tree canopied views. The open concept space accommodates large gatherings, with plenty of private spaces including 2 designated office areas, formal living room and 4 bedrooms. Step outside and enjoy all that the walkable neighborhood has to offer from parks to dining & shopping.
