Excellent motel

Nice motel, big room, clean, true no smoking! The mattress -real king size- was very comfortable. They did not charge for the dogs to stay with us.

Amazing stay, everything was clean and all things worked, Bring your coffee maker though 😉 Laundry machines and dryers work great! $2 per wash and $2 per dry

Horrible experience, do not stay here! And we only saw the lobby. Clerk hides behind bullet proof glass, there are stop human trafficking signs in the very small room they call their lobby. Does not seem like a good, safe place to spend the night. They claimed they did not have our reservation, even though I showed them emails from hotels.com confirming our stay, and still charged us for the room (contacted hotels.com and did get a refund) Hotels.com needs to stop promoting this hotel.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel for a bunch of little reasons. To start, we purposefully did not book a handicapped accessible room because they make me feel like I’m in a hospital. But we were put into an accessible room anyway. That meant we couldn’t park in front of our room because it was handicapped only, the toilet was too high. The room looked clean, and the sheets were clean. But we saw little baby roaches in the room. There was a large brown streak in our tub that looked like mud. Around midnight, when I saw more bugs, I tried to call to complain. Our in room phone didn’t work. I called on my cell to complain and the guy acted like he didn’t believe me about the roaches because they spray once a month. He pretended it was a non-issue and didn’t offer us a different room or any solution. We ended up keeping the lights on all night to discourage bug activity. So gross! I am perfectly okay with a lack of amenities in exchange for a lower rate, but bugs I can’t deal with. We won’t be back.

Staff was wonderful. The 12/19 stay (first floor) was great but the 12/28th stay was not so good. the heater blew cold air, I could hear everyone in the motel take showers. the floor felt like I was walking on a sponge. The pillows were close to being as flat as a pancake. (I had to use a jacket to give some height). I have stayed at this motel for the past 3-4 years (going to Austin, TX and coming back) and did not have any problems BUT I stayed in a 1st floor room. You all might want to have the floor in room 205 checked out.

Everyone of the staff here I’ve had interaction with have been amazing. The housekeeping staff in particular made my vacation so nice. Only complaint was the guy just outside the front gate that called me a racist since I didn’t want to buy what he was selling. I will always come here

Quiet and Clean

While traveling it became very late, so we stopped for the night with 2 children. Booking online while getting gas and checking in 5 min later was very quick. The staff was friendly, despite the late hour. The room was clean. The hitel was actually fairly safe and quite guven the location. Overall a good experience. We would definitely stay here again.
