  • This spot is a pleasant place for a stroll around some well maintained paths although it’s not particularly extensive. There’s a pond which can attracts birdlife although with changing times it’s regressing to more of a prairie with occasional water and increasing vegetation due to natural silt intrusion. What is delightful about the preserve is the fact that it’s a little off the beaten path and therefore is not overly crowded while existing undeveloped next to a small shopping mall, car dealership and regular suburban homes. And it continues to be looked after by enthusiastic community volunteers.

Great Manager and friendly staff!

The beautiful and welcoming spirit of manager and her team at this particular location definitely make up for any minor inconveniences or small things that may arise. Always accessible and willing to do whatever she can to make the stay comfortable is the reason when I’m in town I repeatedly book here.

I've stayed here for quite some time now and have never had any major issues. Management is very responsive... The cleaning staff is thorough. I could stay at another location and pay less but the comfort here is worth it.

This property has one of the best management teams ever. The property is kept clean daily. This location is one turn from the highway. 10 minutes from North Lake Mall and a variety of eating options. Rooms are kept clean and they stay on top of pest control. Also this location is SAFE for families. There's no lingering or riff raff allowed to hang outside of rooms!

You Should stay at the6!!!

Great staff, thorough housekeeping and the rooms are actually clean. No bugs! Maintenance is kept up with and room safety checks ( smoke detectors, phone, locks) are regularly done . Waffle House is right down the street as well as a convenience store.

Fine for what it is.

Fine for what it is. Clean bed (as far as we could tell). Lack of electrical outlets was a surprise (most were covered over by plates). Drawer fronts removed in desks, leaving shelves only for storage. No room safe. Did have a good refrigerator. Not enough towels for two people to shower. Did not turn on the TV so cannot comment on it.

Totally dissatisfied with Morel 6

Checked in at approximately 6pm. Went to room and accessed it with provided door key. Inspected room and found the bed mattresses totally worn out. Not comfortable to lay on, let alone sleep on. Bath tub is all stained....would not feel comfortable using it. Went outside to walk our dog. Upon returning to the room the key would not open the door. Had to get desk clerk to reset the key and let us back into our room. After being there for only an hour my wife and I decided to check out. Was advised by clerk that the room fee was not refundable. Did not care...checked out anyway and drove home to Macon. I have stayed at Motel 6 facilities before and have been generally satisfied with them. Not anymore.. in the future we will avoid Morel 6 when traveling.

Unprofessional management yelling using profanity

Kendra is out of control and there is no situation or set of circumstances where in by her conduct and actions on any level would be deemed appropriate or acceptable in business or in civil society. I have nothing to gain by sounding an alarm other than to prevent another family from being subjected to her irrational, irresponsible, unprofessional, destructive, demeaning, hateful and unhinged behavior. Any general manager that refuses to use appropriate language and identifies themselves as an animal and grunts at paying guest can’t be stable and should possibly be evaluated. If one can’t manage themselves and there behavior with professionalism, integrity decorum, self awareness, self respect, a moral compass that reflects the company’s core principles and values, basic business ethics, human decency, respect for those with disabilities, empathy, the bandwidth and mental capacity to appreciate and understand why honesty and the truth matters in ALL SITUATIONS how can they be trusted to manage a property where guest safety, security, privacy and customer service are key in ensuring a guest experience that delivers on the promises and mission statement put forth by the brand they represent? In what can only be described as a slanderous and elementary attempt at deception, a false account of her actions and the events that led to my stay abruptly ending in response to my bringing her behavior to the attention of the corporate office further underscore how unfit she is to lead.

The property janitor (Young black man)walked into my room unannounced and not requested for any services, then I was told that they are allowed to walk into any room because they have access by the staff at the front desk. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
