All bedrooms have Smart TVs. 50" Smart TV in master room, 40″ for the additional bedrooms, a 65" Smart TV in the common space. Available wi-fi and closet space is also available. The 1st guest bedroom includes (2) Full size beds, the 2nd includes a Queen size bed with a work desk and chair and the master bedroom includes a California King size bed with lounge bench and walk-in closet. Either of the rooms are fitting for any style, size family or single person(s). It is an open floor plan that leaves more space for your entertainment. There is also a fenced, furnished patio deck that oversees the walking trail in the park.

Overall it was a good stay. The street is quiet. The host made himself available, was very responsive and helpful. Inside the home is as pictured.nicely decorated and cozy. My only issue is with cleanliness. It felt like maybe a quick surface cleaning was done, but it was obvious that the home has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The amount of dust on the vents, windows, and baseboards was too much and aggravated my allergies. I did a lot of moving around the city and the house was centrally located. We seemed to be no more than 15-25 minutes from everything.

Just the place you need to get away from everyday life
This is the perfect spot to enjoy R&R with family or friends because each level of the home has great spaces for playing games, resting and connecting with each other. The full wraparound porch on both levels allows you to fully appreciate the beauty of Gods creation, and amenities like the pool table, darts, grill etc. make it easy to stay and play.

Nicely updated home, convenient location!
Very well-appointed home with a great layout for a group vacation. My group of 6 had plenty of space to sleep, crash, and hang out during downtime. We appreciated having three bedrooms for privacy and having a quiet space. The location is very convenient to downtown attractions and there are plenty of nearby stores for daily essentials. We loved our stay and would visit again!

Celebrating our daughter's 7th birthday!!
The location was amazing for all the things we had planned! The Aquarium was 8 minutes away, the zoo, and more. The house was clean and comfortable. We did have the alarm go off for about 5-7 minutes but the owner worked quickly to get it sorted. The backyard is almost fenced so it was great for the kids. Another highlight for kids is the park is right behind the house!! Just a short walk! Great stay. The only thing we could have wished for is maybe a fire pit or a grill. They did have an awesome Foreman grill...so it worked out.

Came in town for gymnastic meet. This home was as described. Location is very close to all attractions and with traffic in Atlanta we were able to get everywhere we needed to be quickly. Host was helpful and helped when we needed them. Fit our family without feeling crowded. Would stay here again

Love the house. Very well done inside with everything you’ll need to have a great week/weekend in the Atlanta area. Only small issue that no one could actually control…the temperature. Went on one of the coldest weekends that Atlanta has had in 10+ years. The house heater just couldn’t keep up with the intense cold. Any other time, it would’ve been very comfortable in the house. The host had great communication prior to arriving. Would definitely stay here again.

House was great. Plenty of space for 4 adults. There were enough towels which we appreciated. Also there were plenty of kitchen tools and appliances to use for cooking, even seasonings. The house was close to everything we wanted to do. Pretty close to the airport. The surrounding areas weren't the best, but we were safe the entire time. The neighbors were friendly too.

Beautiful House - Pictures tell it all!
The pictures are accurate. The house is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is located near some sketchy parts of downtown. Be mindful of your surroundings, lock your car and the house. Ask for a multi-serving quality coffee maker. The single-serve Keurig was insufficient for our group of four! (If anyone in your group enjoys coffee first thing in the morning)

Property exactly as shown in photos - beautiful, nicely decorated and located in an older community. We were in town for Morehouse's graduation. Property next to park and close to Morehouse, Spelman and Clark Colleges. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Felt safe and at home. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay!
This place was absolutely perfect for our needs, we were staying for the local music festival and it was a cozy and comfortable place to sleep and enjoy down time together. The only complaint I have is about the alarm system. The code was not given to us until after we struggled with it, and then the code given was still incorrect. We were able to work around it though and we had an amazing time! Thank you!
