We made to the home on Sunday. As soon as we pulled up we noticed that the yard had not been cut in a while. True there is not much grass. It’s mostly woods. We walked up to the deck to enter the house. Spider webs were all over the front of house. The driveway and deck had just been Pressure Washed. However the house its self had not. Definitely needed a little freshening up. We entered the house to see the cushions all over the place. We found out they had just been cleaned. We actually thought someone was in house still. We walked through house. All clear. While looking around we noticed the vents were dirty. We smelled a musty smell inside. Hence the dehumidifiers. The last thing inside we noticed was ants in the kitchen. We called the property management company. They apologized and said they will contact the owners. We sent many pictures over our stay. The back yard was not any better. Branches all over from last few storms. The yard had not been cleaned up since the fall and yes yard had not been cut. For a property of almost $400.00 a night after all fees we expected much better. Lastly was the mosquitoes all over. Be ready to be attacked. All I can say is we will never stay here again! The location is perfect. Homes sell for 1.2 million down street. Even with the reno’s this house has had. Definitely not in the same caliber as those. Sorry for long review. It was needed!
