The property is located in such a great area! The host was very responsive and gave great details for check in! The downstairs apt is great, and there are endless sleeping options for the youngins! The area surrounding the home is absolutely breathtaking! If you like the outdoors, you’re gonna love this one!

Couldn’t have been more perfect!

We had 14 people total including three small children. Everyone slept comfortable and so much room to spread out. Was more than I could’ve hoped for and oook forward to booking here again!

In town for a family wedding

Check in was easy and the house was clean. There was a basement apartment with 1 bedroom and a full kitchen. Then the main floor had 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. And there was a loft style bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough. I would have liked at least one bedroom to have a king sized bed but we managed with the queen just fine. I would definitely stay here again

The best time

We had an amazing getaway at Ben & Tara’s property. Everything was exactly as stated & the communication they provided was wonderful. It’s close enough to downtown without the hustle and bustle of the city! It’s located in a great area. Thank y’all so much- we will be back.

Wonderful Sweet Spot!

The house was a wonderful size for our group! I loved the ambience. I wished the cleaning crew could leave at least 2 or 3 extra trash bags in each kitchen as well as an extra roll of paper towels. The driveway is very steep! But other than those minor complaints, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic!!!

The house was plenty spacious enough for all 10 of us. We loved and SO appreciated how well stocked the house was - coffee, plenty of toilet paper, a full sized supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom, dish soap, etc - all of those "little things" that can often be a pain to pack/buy for just a few night stay at a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean, and the location was super with plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The welcome chocolates were a tasty treat! We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Family reunion for wedding

First I must say that the host is extremely responsive and very helpful. The house is just as described. Clean, not cluttered, comfortable beds. The home is spacious and well stocked with necessities. We had people staying in each bedroom and had plenty of spaces to gather between the weekend's events. The second floor kitchen provided the perfect space for us to host the after -wedding brunch for all of the out-of-town guests. It was so nice to feel like home away from home. The driveway is steep, but not impossible. We navigated it many times in our short stay there.

The perfect place

It was the perfect place for our family. The apartment on the first floor was perfect for my daughter and her husband. They had a separate kitchen and it worked great for when the kids in our family came to visit for playing Jackbox games. Both kitchens were well stocked and had coffee! There was a book at the front door with floor plans and local menus which was great. We had one issue the first night and the hosts not only answered my call at 1am but were there the next morning to addess it. It was neither of our faults just to be clear. There is a ton of space and seating. The bathrooms have full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was Dove and that is what we use so we were very pleased. They were quick to message for any query we had. The shower pressure was great and the master bathtub is fantastic! There is even an adjustable bed that was great for someone with a disability like myself. The beds and pillows were nice and the place smelled good. It is a nice open floor plan so there was plenty of breathing room for our large group and with the 4 bathrooms getting ready for our events were a breeze. It is close to everything but still in a nice quiet neighborhood. I honestly can't wait to go back and really wish we could have stayed longer. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

This home was the perfect venue for 5 adults; each had our own bedroom with four bathrooms and two large kitchens in such a beautiful setting. Well stocked -they thought of everything. The big dining table and breakfast bar/isle were great for gathering to eat and drink and play cards. Would love to return and explore this beautiful area.

The property was huge with plenty of room to move around. Tara was great to communicate with. She got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. It was nice to have so many bathrooms for our group. We enjoyed meals together at the big table upstairs. The AC kept up with the extreme heat and kept us all comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable.
