BEWARE!! ZERO STARS!! NOT A REAL LISTING!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING IT IS A SCAM!!!! YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN AND NO INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN OTHER THAN AN ADDRESS TO A GATED COMMUNITY!!!! THIS IS A SCAM DON’T BOOK THIS LISTING!!!!!! I HAD TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REFUND AND THEY HAD TO TRANSFER ME TO EVEN GET IT STARTED!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 15 MINUTES ONLY TO BE PUT ON HOLD 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AFTER!! I AM GETTING A FULL REFUND BUT IT TAKES 7 DAYS!! I HAD TO BOOK A ROOM FOR MY TIME IN ATLANTA WHICH MESSED UP PLANS THAT WERE SET.. AGAIN, THIS LISTING IS A SCAM!!!

Very disappointed

I was contacted moments before checkin that the property was not available. My refund was not immediately returned and I had to find somewhere to stay at 10pm. This was Friday, its Monday still no refund. Luckily I had additional funds to get a room, but that definitely inconvenienced me.
