The most horrible experiance ever. Roches welcoming my stay, marijuana smoke everywhere. The noise level between the rooms is amazingly loud. After 30 min I had to leave oh and no front desk attendant! Amazing that this plave is on any application

I had this room before 407. So there was a water bottle cap and some other trash on the floor. Came back two days later and it was still there. Wow! Microwave was disgusting. I got sick. I took pictures, not sure how to send it.

I paid for 20dsys . I only used 13 days didn't give me the refund for the 7 days . The T.V. would turn up by itself extremely loud . They don't fix it my room bedding was not changed etc ...

The room was not clean—cupboards were dusty and the tap was loose. The main door latch was not locking properly, which was concerning. The bathroom door was broken and scratched the floor every time it was opened or closed. Overall, it was a very bad experience. These are basic maintenance and cleanliness issues, and they really need to be addressed, as they are essential for guest comfort and safety.

The internet ain’t worth shyt on the 5th floor. You have to have a room on the lower floors for better internet. The shower does not give off hot water only the sinks. It’s more comfortable taking a heaux bath than it is the shower. The mattresses are not comfortable and are stained as they have no added padding or protection so bring ya own bedding or prepare for the gross. Very minimal on the roaches. I may have seen 4 in a months time and for an extended stay Thas bragging. You will have to pay a deposit for the kitchen ware of 25.00. Thas not standard at every property but for this property it is. Draw your own conclusions. Hope for the best

Double beds Booked room was not cleaned. Dirty beds and towels. Roaches. Moved to a single bed room for 2 people. (Father and son). Saw more roaches and left. Highly recommend purchasing the insurance with your booking. It helped us, somewhat.
