I would recommend considering other hotels before booking this property. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing overall.
Although the room rate was higher than nearby hotels, it did not reflect the value we received. The bathroom light was not functioning, so we had to rely on a small mirror light while showering. While the room itself was reasonably clean, the overall maintenance and service fell short.
We had prepaid for breakfast, yet the staff attempted to charge us again without properly verifying our reservation. In addition, there was no staff available to seat guests in the restaurant, and the breakfast quality was underwhelming.
Valet service was significantly delayed, and our interaction with the front desk staff was not welcoming. Ultimately, we had to retrieve our vehicle ourselves.
We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this stay was particularly disappointing and did not feel worth the price.
