The staff, hotel location and condition and cleanliness of the lobby and main areas was good. Inside the suite, the water pressure and amount of hot water was generally good, the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable.Other than the positive attributes noted above, many negative issues were present. The condition of the finishes and function of some elements inside the suite was terrible. Carpet was torn, drywall was gauged and damaged, the flooring needed replacing, some moulding was damaged by previous pet occupancy, baseboard moulding was unattached in one area, some light fixtures did not work, the entrance door deadbolt and TV remote didn’t work, and tile in the master bath was missing, to name several issues.Overall, the suite needed a deep clean, with thick dust on the baseboards and dirt on the wall. Attempts made to remedy some of these issues, drywall and paint, actually made the appearance worse.I would rate the hotel as a 2.5 out of 5.We will not be return to this hotel on our future Atlanta visits, there are other better options in the same price range.SteveMilwaukee, Wisconsin
