Disliked: Communication
Bad experience. When I got there to check in the concierge told me I didn't have a reservation and notified me that everyone that reserves a room always has the same complications with booking because the people never send in the information on time. I had to wait two hours for them to send the reservation and then the room was even clean, which is ridiculous because they charge a cleaning fee in the total cost for the apartment.
