"I was very disappointed with my stay. The first night, the Wi-Fi worked fine, but for the remaining three nights it kept going in and out, making it impossible for me to work on Friday. I had to leave the hotel just to get reliable internet.
The room was very outdated—the bench in the bedroom was taped up instead of being properly replaced. The toilet clogged repeatedly, and I had to request a plunger. The elevator barely worked; maintenance had to bang on it just to get the doors open, so I ended up taking the stairs to my room every day.
On the first night, the TV in the front area didn’t work and had to be replaced. The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing. Additionally, there were no safety locks on the room doors like you would expect at a standard hotel.
Overall, I would not stay at this location again. There were also too many homeless individuals and people using drugs around the area, which made the environment feel unsafe.
