"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The beach front property was exactly what we wanted, with a short walk to the ocean and to the pool. My husband and I stayed with our toddler. It is a small space, like a hotel room with a kitchen area, but it was plenty for us. Comfortable, clean, and convenient!"

"Stefan was very nice and available by phone if we needed him. The property was right at the beach access so that was really nice. It had all appliances which was nice to make the stay more enjoyable because if we wanted to wash dishes or laundry it made it less “work” for us. Overall, I would stay here again and we really enjoyed our time at the beach!"

"Our unit was clean and had all the necessary items that we needed. It was small but the description did say it was for two people, or 2 adults with 1 child maximum. It worked for us and the main reason we booked was because it allowed 1 dog. We wanted to take our older dog on a last vacation. Atlantic Beach in general is very dog friendly and we had a nice and relaxing week there. Communication with the host was quick and courteous, we had zero issues following instructions for check in and check out. When we arrived we noticed the main light in the ceiling was out. I emailed the host and someone came out that evening to replace the bulb.The buildings and parking lots are fenced in with private property signs and felt safe. It has a large grass area to walk the dogs for potty breaks. It's a quick walk from the building to the wooden stairs and you are up and over the sand dune to the private beach with space for all. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a slower pace for their vacation that is dog friendly."
Ocean Front Ocean View, With Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

"Wonderful vacation home! My family of 8 were at the house Aug 8-15, 2026. I chose this house because I had to have an elevator, dog friendly, pool, at least 5 bedrooms although 6 would have made it perfect but it still worked out, and oceanfront. The Hot Tub was a bonus and was very relaxing. I will say, if you want the pool heated, please let the host know when you book. There's an additional fee but for my family it was well worth it because the little ones enjoyed it more as well as the adults who were early morning swimmers and late night swimmers as well. The house was very comfortable and if I had any questions or a concern about anything, I was able to get a response from the host very quickly. We used the grill one night for hot dogs and several eating places are in a short walking distance from the house. Added bonus is the 2 car garage which we enjoyed. The elevator worked perfectly, it held 2 people comfortably or 3 as a tight squeeze. The elevator was a must for my husband so he would be comfortable, but, sadly, he passed away a month before the vacation but myself and daughter -in-law needed it too. Kitchen was equipped with most everything one would need. It also has both drip and pod coffee makers. Beach view amazing. My only disappointment was that you didn't get the sunrise off the balconies. I can't say enough about how great Stefan, the host, was. He's an extremely nice guy! This is the house to rent for fun, relaxing times. I would definitely rent again!"
