Beautifully updated oceanfront condo with a pool

Beautifully appointed oceanfront condo for the perfect family vacation.

The fully stocked kitchen has quartz countertops and new stainless appliances, and is open to a dining area and living room with beach and ocean views. The living room has a smart TV and ceiling fan, as well as a wet bar with bar sink and an under counter ice maker, convenient for stocking your coolers for a day on the beach or boat. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, oceanfront screened porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall is the second bedroom with a Queen bed. Directly outside this room you will find a full bathroom with bathtub shower combo. The third bedroom has a bunkbed and a twin with ensuite half bath. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling fans, and each bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. A private entryway screened porch provides a place to store your beach toys and other beach items. Located inside the screen porch area is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

An elevator with luggage rack and shopping carts are available to help with moving in.
Onsite there are four communal pools, grilling areas and private beach access with showers and oceanfront gazebo. Right across the street is the day dock with boat slips on Bogue Sound as well as boat trailer parking. There's a public boat launch a mile away.

Linens and bath towels are provided.

Beach towels, paper products, etc. are not provided. Note- sheets for the bunkbed will not be on prior to arrival.

Self check-in and self check-out.

We would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door, as sand from the beach lingers in. Please rinse sandy swimsuits outside not to cause damage to interior plumbing.

There are several local restaurants, AB splash pad/mini golf, grocery store, and Fort Macon close by. The NC Aquarium is in Pine Knoll Shores a short drive away.

1st Family Beach Vacation Weekend

Labor Day Beach Trip

Wonderful stay - this is our second trip to Ned’s unit this year. It was super easy to get in and out, instructions were clear and Ned is extremely responsive. This condo is wonderfully decorated and was the cleanest rental I’ve entered in a very long time.

Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo

One of the best rentable units at this development. We couldn't have been more pleased with the furnishings--comfortable places to sit, good kitchen and comfortable beds. Owners were in touch with us about check in and check out procedures. They couldn't have been nicer! Our views of the beach were even more wonderful than the pictures described. We LOVED our stay!

May Getaway

Fabulous stay at a perfectly appointed property at Dunescape. The home was incredibly well decorated and perhaps the cleanest property i've ever rented. Views were a 10. We had a delightful time.

Our family had a great time at the rental. Access to pool and beach steps away. Had a minor parking issue which the owners quickly resolved. Sitting on the screened in porch looking at the ocean was very relaxing. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lowry was quick in replies. We left a set of keys and she was great about sending them back to us, and very informative about the condo. This condo is beautiful, clean and so well stocked with amenities. Plenty of linens, extra blankets, bathroom soaps, etc. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the mini ice maker made delicious ice, the kitchen is a dream to be in. Highly recommend, we'll definitely come back here!

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. Newly refurbished, nice amenities, clean, very convenient to a spectacular beach. The pool was clean and well-maintained, as were all public areas. The Condo That Has It All!

Our vacation was amazing! Beautiful condo with great views, close to everything, awesome pools and I can’t say enough about the screened in porch. Our Host was very pleasant and prompt. Condo is bigger than the photos look (like I actually had to look for my son playing hide and seek). Beach was easy, love the little screened in porch for leaving beach toys was so helpful in keeping sand out from everywhere
