Renovated condo with direct beach access. Ocean front balconies with access from living and master boasts unobstructed full island views and sounds of the ocean . On a clear day, you may be able to catch a view of Shackleford Island from the condo balcony. This second floor condo with nearby elevator has plenty of room to relax inside or step out to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand. Immerse yourself in total relaxation and enjoy the many area attractions offered nearby. Centrally located 1.6 miles from Atlantic Beach center, this highly desired location abounds with restaurants, shopping, and numerous entertainment choices. Step in to a memorable vacation that is sure to have you making plans for your next getaway.

Enjoy your stay in comfort with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a full kitchen. The living room has a Smart TV, new ceiling fan and is open to the kitchen. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs with electric range and new microwave, new BOSCH dishwasher and new BOSCH side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser on the door. Each bedroom houses a Smart TV and new ceiling fans. The master has a King bed and private full bath, second bedroom has a queen bed and is located next to a full bath, third bedroom has a queen bed and a private ½ bath. A private entryway screened porch provides a place to store your beach toys and other beach items. Located inside the screen porch area is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Perfect spot for family vacation

Clean condo with well stocked kitchen. Lovely location. We enjoyed the 2 balconies. Having use of provided beach chairs was a plus. We’d stay here again.

Lovely stay at our favorite beach

The Cajun Sand Dollar was a wonderful place to stay . The condo is exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated. Dunescape condos are quiet and in a great location on the beach. The bedrooms were a good size and just right for our group. Directions and instructions were clear and easy to understand. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place with a great view from the back porch. It was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Only thing we didn’t like was the master bathroom shower because the floor was rough on the bottom of your feet. Also the master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo.

Spring beach trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, right on the beach! We loved seeing the dolphins playing in the surf and viewing the birds. Our son (15) loved being close to the skate park. I loved the shopping! Definitely five star!

Oceanfront Paradise

Property was even better than expected! We spent our mornings and nights on the deck overlooking the ocean. Condo was plenty big for 6 adults (no kids). Owners went above and beyond with communication. We were offered early check-in since the property was ready, they answered our questions and even made restaurant recs. My family already plans to rent again next year!!!

Great oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our week at Atlantic Beach! Condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable (especially the sofa!). Kitchen was furnished with everything you would need and we cooked in quite a bit. Chad and his wife were excellent with communicating about check-in and other things during our stay. Great experience

Perfect location with amazing views

This is a lovely condo with so many extras and is exactly as pictured. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby and had no problems. Carla checked in with us to make sure that we were okay and even made some suggestions for "rainy day" activities. All the other reviews are spot on. If you choose this location, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The best family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chad and Carla's condo! The property was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a week at the beach--beach chairs and toys provided were a much appreciated benefit! Beds were super comfy, as well as the living room furniture. Carts provided by the building along with the elevator made unloading and loading much easier. The pools were well maintained and you can't beat having the beach only steps away! Chad and Carla were highly responsive and super sweet. This is by far the nicest condo I have ever stayed at on Atlantic Beach and I have been coming here for over 40 years. We definitely will be returning!

Offers just what you need! Convenience, cozy, cute, beautiful views, perfect for enjoying breakfast on the balcony with a nice ocean breeze, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing, and fun filled family vacation. It was perfect for everyone, from my 5 year old grandson to his 73 year old pawpaw. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable! The hosts, Chad and Carla were great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Oceanfront Dunescape Condo

Lovely property which has been completely renovated. Upgraded appliances and fixtures. Amazing beach view! Quiet neighbors so it was a relaxing time. Owners of property are extremely organized and reached out after check-in. Information book on the area and the property are provided onsite and proved to be helpful. Hope to return next year!

Condo is exactly as listed, no surprises!

Although we had bad weather the majority of our stay, we had a great vacation. The condo is exactly as described and Chad and Carla were a pleasure to work with. Very quick with communication, very helpful with recommendations and even checked in to see how things were going mid week. It was our first time in the area so we were thankful for their suggestions! Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back to Atlantic Beach this will be our first option at a place to stay!!

Wonderful Week

The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The furnishings and decor were warm and the condo was recently renovated giving it a brand new feel. I chose this condo because beach weather can be unpredictable so I wanted to stay in a place where I wouldn't mind spending a rainy day inside. The Cajun Sand Dollar was a perfect choice. Fantastic condo.

We have stayed at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach for many years and I will say this is the best villa we have stayed. The owners renovations are fabulous. It is obvious they put a lot of effort into the designs, furnishings and all the little things that make it feel like home. It makes a difference when owners recognize that details matter providing things lik extra bathroom shelving, ample towels hooks, coffee bar, hand soaps, throws, well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances, Kleenex, etc In addition to the larger items such as beautiful and comfortable furnishings. They provided a wonderful welcome book filled with any information you need for the villas as well as the local area. The owners are also very responsive if you do need to contact them. We will definitely choose this property again. Highly rate the property and the hosts!

Enjoyed our stay!! Loved the newly renovated space. Nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Even though we had a rainy day we enjoyed sitting on the patio reading and listening to the waves. We also went to the aquarium, which is right down the road. The location was great. The complex was quiet in October. Chad was very quick to answer any questions we had. The only thing I would say about the space is that is probably would be a little tight for more than 4 adults if you were in the condo much. Otherwise it was perfect!!!
