Sand and Surf a home with awesome views

The home renovation will be complete April 28,2018. Pictures of the home will be posted at that time. The home is newly renovated with tile showers, granite kitchen, new furniture. It has a large deck overlooking the ocean. The unit is a town house and this is the upper portion. The lower unit is also available for rent. The unit is fully furnished. It has threes bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and a washer and dryer are provided. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

Wonderful location and house!

Awesome house at Atlantic Beach
The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

Perfect location
We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Perfect Getaway
We felt right at home . We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean . This home is perfect for all ages . We look forward to coming back again soon . The house has everything ready including beach towels. It is clean and well decorated!
