Our dog felt like a king with the dog toys and dog beds and our kids loved all the toys and games. "We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate."

"We signed the guest book and get a call from the owner within an hour of checking out. Rude. Abrasive. Defensive. Laughable that the owner calls me, is abusive and hangs up. This is not on the beach despite information indicating otherwise. Ping pong and corn hole locked up. Bring your own soap and shampoo. TP ran out. And the offer to tip the cleaning personnel after detailed instructions placing the onus on the guest to clean upon departure is rich. This is a fine property so long as it is...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is fully stocked with any cooking or cleaning supplies you may need. The layout is perfect for families with teens as they have their own floor to hang out on. The place was very clean and super convenient to restaurants, an arcade, the wheelhouse bar and the Dairy Queen. The beach access is right across the street and the rental comes with beach chairs and a beach cart. We will definitely be back!!"

"We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really liked this property. The grounds itself has plenty to do from tennis/pickleball, 2 hot tubs, 3 pools (one indoor), playgrounds, etc. It also has direct beach access and is walkable to a few shops, even to the boardwalk if you don't mind walking a bit. We walked to the circle in the morning to get coffee and a walk on the beach. The property does have some age and little things showed the age, but it was very clean. "Very comfortable, cozy studio. Everything you would need for a weekend or week or more stay. Beautiful views from the second floor balcony and literally steps to the beach. Quiet and convenient to everything you could need or want. Perfect little get-a-way!"

"Great value in the off season. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was spacious and beach was right there. No restaurants on site, so hav bring your own food ( full kitchen in room) or travel offsite. Wifi was weak, but not bad to disconnect for 2 days. Will book again! "
