Located between 19th and 20th street on CENTRAL ave this is the BEST LOCATION the FAMED OCEAN CITY has to offer!! 1 short block directly to the beach (3 houses away) and only a 5 block walk on the boardwalk (boardwalks runs from downtown to 23rd street-so it's really the best of all worlds) to the downtown area that starts on 14th street. This second (2nd) floor 4 bedroom 2 full bath has so much to offer you and your family from one of the the best beaches in the world to the private retreat of the roof top oasis with its 360 degree skyline views. From the downtown shopping to the excitement and thrills of the amusement piers. There's just something for everyone!! A extremely open floor plan welcomes you and your family as you arrive with soaring cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a sun drenched feel (you finally know your at the shore). The open tiled kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equip for all your vacation needs including full size refrigerator with ice maker, range with built in microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable living room with flat screen TV, free wireless internet and free local and long distance calling. Anderson windows and slider that lead to a partially covered beach facing front porch. 4 oversize bedrooms (all equip with FLAT SCREEN TV's) with a pull out sofa in the living room offer comfortable accommodations for 11.There is a 1 car enclosed garage (with ping pong table) and off street parking for your convenience .This is a home that we use ourselves and is not just a rental like most others. A Great Family Retreat

Great house and location for a family of 5 + grandparents

Owner reached out with clear instructions for our stay. The house was clean and spacious with everything we needed for the week. Our 3 kids and my parents all had comfortable beds to sleep in. The neighborhood is quiet and a close walk to the boardwalk and beach. Book it!

Great location. Short walk to the best parts of the boardwalk but just far enough to be away from the noise and activity and just a block and a half walk to the best beaches in OCNJ. The home was very clean, nicely furnished and kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Living room deck could use some updated furniture dining table and chairs especially. All in all very nice property our family had a wonderful week.

Great Beach Getaway

Our second year at this beach house was even better than the first. Location is terrific and the house definitely met all of our needs from the set up of the bedrooms to the well provisioned kitchen. We look forward to next year!

Perfect Stay on the Gold Coast

We had high expectations based on prior reviews, and this house definitely met them. Scott, the owner, was straightforward and easy to deal with. Super-clean and well-stocked, you can tell that a lot of effort goes into making your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is quiet at night, but it's a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Definitely worth a look for an OC vacation - thanks for a great trip, Scott!

Perfect family vacation

What a perfect house for a beach vacation with my family ! The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and appliances, the deck was a great spot for lounging while the kids napped, and we loved the location! The beach was steps away and so was the ice cream! We cannot wait to visit again.

Beautiful property

This is our second stay and won’t be our last! My friends and I use this for a fun getaway each year and the space is clean and Scott is extremely responsive. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation home

Home was perfect location. One and a half blocks from beautiful beach and short walk to boardwalk. Scott was quick to answer any questions, which to me is very important. The kitchen has all the typical utensils, dishes and pots and pans, including a 12 cup coffee pot. We were all pleased with our stay. Very comfortable.

Thanksgiving

We came to Ocean City for Thanksgiving hoping to get a rental with a comfortable home feel to it. This place far exceeded our expectations. Stunning from top to bottom and the manager came right over when we needed a lightbulb in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay here! The location was great, just 1.5 blocks to beach, and away from the busy-ness of other areas of OC. We were 5 adults and fir comfortably in the bedrooms and living areas. We loved grilling in the back and hanging out on the porches. The view from the rooftop porch was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything we could've needed. Would definitely stay here again!
