Welcome to our Dazzling Bungalow home centrally located in Ventnor City! wake up to the smell of the saltwater air on your private balcony in this immaculate 2 story home. This home is centrally located within walking distance to Ventnor Beach, Ventnor Square Theater, Nucky's Kitchen & Speakeasy, and is steps from a Wawa Convenience Store! The perfect location combined with modern kitchen upgrades and comfy living quarters is perfect for your next shore getaway!
The Space: This Dazzling Bungalow has a private entry with a smart lock to give you instant access to your vacation headquarters. Once inside, you are welcomed with the crisp, clean, modern-day decor. The kitchen, dining room, and living room share an open floor plan and are great for entertaining, movie night, game night, and creating vacation memories of your shore vacation. The living room comfortably seats a large family. A 46 inch smart tv is located in the space with complimentary wifi at your fingertips! The kitchen is equipped with major and small appliances, utensils and cookware for your convenience.
Wake up refreshed and ready to enjoy one of 4 spacious bedrooms in this home. Bedroom one conveniently has 1 queen bed. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to the full-size bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 king bed. There is an additional full bathroom upstairs. This home has a washer/dryer combo unit that is perfect to freshen up after a long day at the beach. The home also includes: a hot and cold outdoor shower, a private front and back patio with seating, limited beach gear, a work station to use during your stay, and a quiet neighborhood. Our house provides 2 parking spots as well as plenty of on-street parking!

Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation! All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay: Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay. Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. **We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas. HOUSE RULES: A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund: _________________ GENERAL: Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum! No prom groups No bachelor parties No more than 10 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.) No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter. If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction. Do not park on the sidewalk or in the neighbor's driveway. GRILL USAGE: The grill and propane are provided free of charge for use during your stay. If used, please clean the grill before check-out to be courteous of us and our next guests so we can continue to offer this fun amenity! After check out if grill is used and uncleaned a $50 charge will be assessed. SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home. PET POLICY: We do not allow pets here, sorry! There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues. CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.
Interaction with Guests: We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
