This 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachhouse, situated on the first floor, features an expansive awning-covered side porch and a spacious, covered back porch with two picnic tables. Step off the deck and you’ll be right on the beach, with no traffic to cross!

In addition to the main living room, the unit features a newly renovated kitchen and a spacious dining area. The views from the dual sliders are spectacular. This unit is perfect for one or two families, accommodating all in three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms are each furnished with king-sized beds, one of which has its own private bath. The third bedroom sleeps four, featuring a twin over double bunkbed plus a separate twin. There’s a shared bathroom in the hall.

During the peak season, a 4 night minimum stay is required. We strive to accommodate early check-ins and late departures whenever possible.

Here are some additional amenities you can expect:

- Full-sized washer and dryer (please only use pods - no powder or liquid detergent)
- Parking in the driveway for two vehicles, with no fees or permits required. Two additional vehicles can be parked in tandem.
- Fully stocked kitchen (just bring your groceries)
- Keurig and ironing board
- Bed linens are available for an additional fee (please inquire)
- Each bedroom has its own individual AC unit, while the main living area, kitchen, and dining area share a powerful freestanding air conditioner.

No pets or smoking are permitted in the unit. Any violations will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Primary renter(s) must be 25 years of age to rent and must be one of the occupants on the property. We cannot accept rentals for high school senior week, after prom, or any other large parties.

Please note that there are two units in this building, and this rental is for the first floor unit. The unit is accessible through the front-side porch entrance.
