Quaint Little 2nd Floor Cottage with Deck

  • Charming and cozy second-floor beach cottage perfect for a relaxing shore getaway. Enjoy your own private deck and grill, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. The unit features A/C in every room and is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores, and the popular Asbury Avenue shops. A children’s playground with basketball court is conveniently located across from Mario’s Pizza, and the library and Pickleball courts are just two blocks away. Haven ave bike route one block away.

    This unique cottage-style unit features charming “A” frame bedroom ceilings and has a cozy, cottage feel throughout. Please note the center ceiling height is 6’3”, making it best suited for guests comfortable in a quaint space. The unit has been a favorite summer rental for many years, so early booking is recommended for seasonal or multi-week stays.

    Please note: sheets, blankets, towels, and beach tags are NOT provided. Beach tags may be purchased online or on the boardwalk.

    This is a family condo building. We rent to adults and families only. No events, parties, or high school senior week rentals permitted.
