This luxury house with a private heated pool is unlike anything else available in Ocean City. Designed and furnished by a professional decorator, this home features everything travelers have been looking for in town. Say goodbye to dusty, dated condos and crowded beaches. Say hello to a masterfully-designed, single-family home featuring a private pool, high-end appliances, sparkling bathrooms, an elevator, and multiple outdoor spaces. All this just over a block to the lifeguarded, less crowded Surf Road beach in the exclusive Gardens section of OC. Weeks range from $10,9990 - $16,990 (not including VRBO fees and taxes)

The house features a gorgeous fully-stocked kitchen with top of the the line GE Monogram built-in appliances; quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths; light oak hardwood flooring throughout the second and third floors; custom millwork and a large kitchen table that can seat your entire group. Furnishing from high end retailers like Serena and Lily and Pottery Barn. The family room and bedrooms will have top-of-the-line flat screen 4k TVs. There is also an elevator that stops at all levels of the home. There is a dual-zone central A/C system.
The outside spaces at the home are extraordinary and truly set this home apart from anything else on the island. The centerpiece is a 12x18’ gunite heated pool with tanning ledge and custom seating benches. The pool patio features chaise loungers, a dining table, and a grill. There is also a fully enclosed cedar outdoor shower with tile floor. There are spacious, full-length front porches off the second and third floor as well. The house has a 2-car garage and parking for a third car on the driveway. Street parking is also abundant on this part of the island.
There are 5 bedrooms in the home plus a ground floor cabana room that can function as a 6th bedroom. Two with en-suite bathrooms and another with its own full bathroom directly across the hall. The ground floor features a cabana bedroom (queen murphy bed) with minibar and private walkout to the pool patio. The second floor features a large king bedroom with a full bathroom just outside. On the third floor, you’ll find the remaining 4 bedrooms. One queen bedroom with its own private deck and en-suite bathroom. A king bedroom with en-suite bathroom; a kids’ room featuring custom built-in twin over full bunk beds; and a queen bedroom. The house sleeps 13 in beds and will have a foldaway cot size bed to sleep 14 total. Several rooms can fit a crib as well. The bunk room and queen room share a hall bathroom with full tub. The laundry room (full sized washer and dryer) is conveniently located on the third floor with the bedrooms.
All four bathrooms are brand new and offer spa-like serenity. Three feature fully-tiled showers with glass doors. The fourth has a full sized tub (also tiled) with a glass door. All tile selections made by a professional designer.
