This cottage is perfect! The single family home, has a private parking and nice three seasons room. perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze after an active day of swimming and biking at the local National Park - Gateway National Recreation Area (Sandy Hook). Across the street from the front steps are acres of protected woods that create the perfect back drop. The home boasts an open floorplan with a newly updated kitchen that includes a stainless steel oven and refrigerator and all your cooking needs. The living room has a large smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The main bedroom includes a queen sized bed and a closet with space to hang your belongings and a dresser with extra clean sheets and towels. This space truly is a great escape from "city life", as its a short walk or bike ride to the Seastreak ferry from Manhattan. Peaceful, quiet and serene - you are close to the downtown of Atlantic Highlands with many restaurants, shops and breathtaking views of the NYC skyline.

Wonderful cottage just off the main strip of Atlantic Highlands (walking distance to many fine restaurants and the ferry to NYC). Check in and check out were a breeze and the owner was so easy to work with. Property had all the necessary amenities, was clean, and well cared for. Loved my stay.
Stayed 63 nights in Feb 2024
