"While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. The room was large with ample room for the table and 2 chairs and a desk. It was quiet. The breakfast was a total surprise - eggs and sausage and a waffle maker. This area was also very clean. There was no fresh fruit, but bread and some other starchy items, also some cereal, juice, etc. As for the restaurants in town - one I stopped at had no...
"Our only complaint was the limited toilet paper. When we arrived to the motel, all we had was about a fourth of a roll left and no stock of extras. However, when a staff member asked if we needed anything the next morning, she was very quick to give us a new roll. We enjoyed the Roku that was provided in the room. Parking was adequate and right outside our motel room. The location of the motel was conveniently right next to Casey’s and just a quick walk down the street from the town amenities....
"This is a motel. No frills, no amenities. Cheap and a great location for a stop on our road trip. The first room had a broken air conditioner, but they got us in a new room right away, and it was cleaner and nicer than the first. Acoca is a cute little town!"
