"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."

"Excellent stay at this centrally located hostel. The shared room was spacious and very clean with 2 lockers for clothes and bags (you have to bring your own padlock). The lounge offered different spaces for single individuals and groups which made it easy to chill out. The breakfast buffet included cereals, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tortillas, breads, fruits, juices, cheeses, churros and hot drinks to satisfy most if not all tastes. "The location of this hostel is great, really central and you can walk everywhere. I did not take part of any activities but they habe organized pub crawl, sangria workshop and more. They have a nice rooftop patio and has happy hours starting at 5pm. I was staying in a 4 bed room w private bathroom, which was all i expected from a hostel. It was clean. The only issue i had was the sound from the street. If i had to stay there again, I'd not stay on the street side (ask for a courtyard room)."

"Great for a weekend stay when you plan to be out and about most of the time. Conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood very easy to access all the touristic hubs. Room is clean bathroom is clean beds were decent. Some toiletries provided. All basic essentials were there. Great value for money. "
