On check-in the lady was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, as expected, but no table chair. After an hr and several office visits we got one. The host was responsive. The cottage was clean and cozy. Only issue I had was the remote in the living room didn’t seem to be functioning which wasn’t a deal breaker. The neighborhood is peaceful. It’s near a lot of stuff like Kroger and food places. Great stay, will stay again!

Not a lot of anything around-45 mins to Memphis and not much to do in Memphis either. Graceland is way over priced for any kind of a tour, the pyramid/Bass Pro Shop charges to go to the top. Beale Street is full of police and is just another bar.
