The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has subpar food. The air conditioning is set and cannot be changed. We were very warm. The bed was hard. We preferred soft mattress. The pillows were absolutely awesome.🙂

Everything was great including communication with the host. It was clean and open. I always appreciate a welcome book, so I don’t have to refer to my phone for everything and other guests can access information easily. I think that would be a nice touch. Place could use a little TLC and more cleaning. Missing the massage chair advertised in the game room. Overall though, easy access and plenty of space.

Not a lot of anything around-45 mins to Memphis and not much to do in Memphis either. Graceland is way over priced for any kind of a tour, the pyramid/Bass Pro Shop charges to go to the top. Beale Street is full of police and is just another bar.
