We have a 2 yr old son and they gave us a smoking room, which was smelling a lot, so that we couldn’t bear to stay in the room for even a minute. The front desk staff was not able to do anything like offering a different room because the hotel was full. I would at least expected some empathy and the offer to refund us the hotel room charges. We left and searched for a different hotel at 10 pm in the night with a small kid!

I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.
