Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "Although the write up states the pool is 5 minutes drive away the photos indicate there is a pool on the premises. The photos show an empty pool but I would imagine it to be busy as it is in a sports centre. If you have children the times they can swim are very limited so we didn’t bother to use the pool. We hired a hot tub from the venue, they use Norfolk Spas and Leisure. The hot tub was filthy, I have photos. The delivery of the hot tub was made late because of a glitch with the Reply To Host...

"This flat is really well located near shopping and dining. We could walk to shop & walk to the local sights. We had good instructions for parking off site. Hint, use the B & Q parking to load and unload. The small kitchen could have been stocked with better glassware. The bins are located in the driveway around the corner. Good bed and linens. On a busy street, but quiet at night."

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden. Nick the owner is brilliant and dealt with a shower problem promptly and was available to ask questions. Would definitely recommend"

"A great spot to stay for a family wedding in town! We enjoyed the hot tub and needed help with a few things and Helen was amazing and very prompt with helping. We asked for fans and she had them the next morning!!! Amazing. Rafa (the dog) hung around and we enjoyed his company."

"The lodge was lovely, spacious and well provisioned. Views of the lake from the balcony were beautiful. We enjoyed local walks on the river Nar and in the local forestry commission as well as seal watching at Blakeney and exploring Kings Lynn. It was a fantastic location as we were guests at a wedding at Pentney Abbey only a 10 minute walk away . Highly recommend it. "

"We had a brilliant stay, lots of space and the hot tub was fantastic.The house had everything we needed and was very peaceful. Mel was fantastic, on hand to answer any questions we had. We did expect one of the rooms to have two double beds in it as the listing suggested, but once we flagged to Mel she quickly organised for the bed to be put up and made. It was a small camp bed though so one of our guests slept on the sofa so only thing to bare in mind if you have 10 guests."
